Megan was so amazing to work with! My family and I were moving from out of state and knew that finding a home, when the market is already tough, would be a large task to take on. Megan was kind enough to just meet me in person that first chance I was visiting our new state. She took my dad and me around the North Shore in order to narrow down our search and where we even wanted to live. She spent so much quality time just hearing what our needs were. Although my husband and I have different needs and wants in a home, she was able to listen to it all and understand each of our perspectives. Once it came down to putting in offers, she was very knowledgeable, which is what we needed. This was the third home we were buying together, but our first in Illinois. She was able to lead us in the right directions with all the contract needs. She was able to give us solid advice on how to make strong offers, and keep up the communication during that process. Even after moving into our new home, she contacted us a few times to see how our new house and new jobs were going. It was so wonderful to have her follow up after we closed on our new home. I would be happy to have Megan find us a new home anytime in our future if needed again.
